Then you can ask:
- What subjects did you like at school?
What is your job? Why did you choose it?
- What did you do that you are the most proud of, tell me why
- Can you tell me about a challenged you faced and how you dealt with it?
- What advice would you like to give me for my future?
Think about how this person inspires you, motivates you, why did you pick her as your role model?
